Personal Data Protection Policy of HIT Clean SP.
Introduction
HIT Clean LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "company") pays special attention to protecting the privacy and security of personal data of our customers, business partners and users of the site. This Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "policy") has been developed in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR"), as well as in accordance with Polish laws.
Scope of application
This policy applies to all personal data processed by Hit Clean SP. O. O. as part of its business activities.
Definitions
- Personal data: indicates information about an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Recycling: means an operation or set of operations performed with personal data or sets of personal data, such as collecting, storing, organizing, organizing, storing, adapting or modifying, uploading, viewing, using, disclosing through transmission, distribution or other means.sharing, matching or combining, restricting, deleting or destroying.

Purposes and legal basis of data processing

- Marketing: Personal data may be processed for marketing purposes, including sending information about offers and promotions, based on the legitimate interests of the administrator, or after obtaining the appropriate consent.
- Right: Personal data may be processed to fulfill legal obligations imposed on the administrator, such as tax obligations.
Categories of personal data
- Identification data: first name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Address data: address of residence or place of residence.
- Contact details: email address, phone number.
Data recipients
Personal data may be transferred to:
- Entities that provide services to the administrator, such as accounting, legal, and IT firms.
- Entities authorized by law.
Rights of data subjects
- Access rights: Everyone has the right to obtain confirmation of whether their personal data is being processed and to have access to this data.
- Right to rectification: A person has the right to request correction of incorrect personal data.
- Right to delete: A person has the right to request the deletion of personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
- Right to restrict processing: A person has the right to request restriction of the processing of personal data.
- Right to data portability: A person has the right to receive personal data in a structured, widely used format.
- Right to object: A person has the right to object to the processing of personal data.
- Right to withdraw consent: If data processing is carried out on the basis of consent, the person has the right to withdraw consent at any time.

The Administrator provides appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, damage or destruction.
